Physical & Health Data (For Trainees): Information required for building workout plans, such as height, weight, age, gender, fitness goals, injury history, and physical measurements.
Workout Activity: Logs of exercises performed, weights lifted, progress tracking, and feedback on workout difficulty.
App Permissions: Accessing information stored on Your device (e.g. camera for uploading progress photos, gallery, etc.).
Technical Data: Non-personal information including device data such as mobile identifiers, carrier network information, the mobile website or mobile app used.
It is clarified that by using the Service, specifically if You are a Trainee, You explicitly consent to the processing of your health-related data by Your Trainer and by the Operator for the purpose of the Service.

Payments and credit card clearing on the Service are processed via a third-party provider, "Paddle".
Unlike some encrypted services where transaction data is hidden from the merchant, You acknowledge and agree that OPTIMAL's administrators have access to transaction details and payment information as provided by the "Paddle" system. The payment process is NOT "End-to-End Encrypted" in a manner that hides the payer's identity or transaction details from OPTIMAL's management. By making a payment, You consent to this exposure of transaction data to OPTIMAL.
2. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information
With accordance to any applicable law and subject to different exemptions, You have the following rights:
To access and view Your personal data and receive a copy of Your personal data upon Your request;
To rectify Your information upon Your request;
To object to the processing of Your information;

Modify and/or remove existing services and content;
Perform research and provide statistic information to third parties, including advertisers (in such case, the provided information will not identify You);
Enforce OPTIMAL'S terms and conditions;
Contacting Users who provided their details via the Website;
Collecting payments;
Using anonymized data to improve the "AI Workout Assistant" and generate training recommendations;
Any other purpose detailed in the terms of use and this Privacy Policy.
Information You decide to provide OPTIMAL is collected and used because OPTIMAL has a legitimate business interest for Your personal data to be used for the above purposes. This enables OPTIMAL to send You relevant and personalized content designed to improve Your use of the Service. You have the right to object to this by contacting OPTIMAL via email: support@optimal-platform.com. Please note that if you refuse, this may affect OPTIMAL'S ability to send personalized content to You.
Please note that some of the information You will be requested to provide is necessary for providing You the Services. Therefore, Your refusal to provide some information may result in You not receiving the Services since OPTIMAL will not be practically able to provide you the Services.
OPTIMAL may receive Your information from third parties which OPTIMAL cooperates with (e.g. business partners, professional advisors, service providers, etc.) and OPTIMAL may receive Your information from them.
YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE OPERATOR'S STAFF AND ADMINISTRATORS HAVE FULL VISIBILITY AND ACCESS TO ALL USER CONTENT UPLOADED TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WORKOUT PLANS, TRAINING LOGS, CHAT MESSAGES BETWEEN TRAINER AND TRAINEE, AND PROGRESS PHOTOS. THIS ACCESS IS NECESSARY FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT, SERVICE IMPROVEMENT, CONTENT MODERATION, AND ENSURING THE PROPER FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SERVICE.
4. Transferring Information to Third Parties
Subject to Your consent, OPTIMAL will transfer and/or share Your information in the following events and circumstances and, when applicable, will give you reasonable notice upon doing so:
To Your Trainer/Trainee: The core functionality of the app requires sharing Your workout data and profile with the specific Trainer or Trainee you are connected with.
When You have permitted OPTIMAL to transfer and/or share Your information;
When You violate the terms of use of the Website or act illegally;
To collect Your debt to OPTIMAL through a third party specializing in collecting debts including law offices;
To enforce the Terms or other agreements or policies;
In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from law enforcement or other government agency;
To establish or exercise OPTIMAL'S legal rights;
To defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases, OPTIMAL may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to OPTIMAL, in OPTIMAL'S sole discretion;
